The DOs And DONTs Of House Hunting On Long Beach Island
If you're looking to buy a home on Long Beach Island, you are not alone when you are wondering "Can I use the bathroom?" It's a DO. As most buyers on our island come from a distance, and often grab a coffee along the way, it is most certainly okay to use the bathroom in a home. However, want to go through the closets? DO by all means. A buyer should most definitely look under sinks, in cabinets, in closets, and in spaces where surprises can hide. If you see something unusual, at inspection time, you can be sure to have it reviewed by your inspector.
